❤ Brand Love: Smooch Cosmetics! ❤

Hello lovelies,

Just recently I have noticed my make up collection growing and growing (yay), probably because it's Christmas!! Today I thought I'd show you a recent haul of some gorgeous products from a new cosmetics brand called Smooch.

Bronzer in Glowing and Blusher in Peachy

Bronzer - £13.95 ❤ Blusher - £8.50

First of all the packaging is GORGEOUS!! It feels like it's not going to break and everything has mirrors inside which is really useful. The entire theme is a matte black plastic, but the only downside to this is that if any other make up from my make up bag gets on it, it will be pretty hard to get off because it doesn't wipe down easily!

Both of these have two different shades that can be used individually or on their own. Glowing comes with a  dark brown which reminds me of Hoola by Benefit but with gold shimmer, and a peachy coral which is really nice as a blush too. The coral on its own is really similar to the colour of Peachy when both of the colours are mixed. Both of these last really really well and I'm absolutely in love with them! Because of the similarity between the shades though, I don't like to use them both at once or else I look a bit on the ruddy side ;)

Duo eyeshadow in Naughty School Girl (haha) and Black Lash Macara

 Mascara - £8.95 ❤ Eyeshadow - £9.50

Ever since I got this eye shadow duo, I've been wearing it ever single day! The lighter colour is the perfect champagne that depending on your skin colour can be used as a lid colour of highlight (I use it as a lid colour cause I'm pale booo) and the darker colour reminds me of a cooler-toned version of Tempting by Mac. They are very well pigmented and last ages :)

When I applied this mascara I was expecting it to be very volumising after looking at the wand, but it's definitely more lengthening. I love to wear this underneath Maybelliene Collosal Smoky Eyes mascara to add a bit more volume too :D

Lipstick in Merlot

£8.50

This is such a gorgeous colour! It's a kind of dark purple-red with quite a bit of shimmer in. Personally, I prefer lipsticks which don't have shimmer, so I was kind of disappointed when I saw how shimmery this is. I like to kind of dab this on my lips just with my finger and this seems to make it less shimmery! I've been obsessed with doing this over Pink Mallow by Natural Collection, it's such a gorgeous combination.

So that's everything that I got, and so far I'm really impressed; I definitely want to try out some other products, especially their nail polishes... they look lovely!

Thanks for reading, have you tried any of products from Smooch yet? xxxx

These products were sent to me as PR Samples but all opinions are my own :)

  2. I've never heard of Smooch but the eyeshadow duo looks similar to the NARS packaging! I think I'll be buying some of their products soon.
